hkinfl Posted October 29, 2014 #1 Share Posted October 29, 2014 It seems to show we will be in Coco Cay on Saturday and Nassau on Sunday? Jan 30 sailing of Enchantment. It's always been the other way when we do this sailing, seems like everything is Nassau might be shut down Sunday? Not a big deal, we've been several times, just curious if anyone else has seen this. cravingacruise Posted October 29, 2014 #2 Share Posted October 29, 2014 Hi there, The Dec 12 sailing has a reverse itinerary also. On these boards, I learned that Enchantment and Majesty are in CoCo Cay on Dec 13 and in Nassau on Dec 14. This is due to the Explorer being in CoCo Cay on the 14th. The ship is in Nassau from 7-3 instead of the typical noon-midnight. We are seriously considering booking this cruise for our anniversary (along with another couple, friends who are also celebrating their anniversary and are first-time cruisers). All that to say, I am trying to determine if this reverse itinerary is good, bad, or neither. I really like the traditional time in Nassau from noon-midnight. Although we haven't officially booked yet, we are pretty limited with our schedules, so we will likely book in the next few days. The rates are very low right now being we are past final payment. What are your thoughts about the reverse itinerary? Has anyone else done this before? If so, how was it? Thanks, everyone! beachlover777 Posted October 30, 2014 #3 Share Posted October 30, 2014 We sail on the Dec 12 cruise with the reverse itinerary. I think it depends on what you plan to do while in port. It was the only time we could go, so we decided it wasn't a big deal for us. Plus my toddler is coming and I think it's best not to be in Nassau with a toddler after sunset lol! I can let you know how it is upon our return.
