? about the Halloween Special

I booked our cruise for Jan 17,2015 back when the Halloween special was going on and still do not have an assigned room. Also they have it as 2 twin beds and we need just the one queen/king size. Should I call carnival or wait?

Nothing unusual. They often don't assign cabins until much closer to the cruise. The exact timing varies. As far as the beds, you can usually change this online at Carnival.com in the manage your booking section. You can also just ask the cabin steward to take care of it once you board the ship. It doesn't take long, and they will be glad to do it for you.

Keep it simple. See how the beds are on your arrival. You'll get a cabin assignment before you cruise, there still is time for Carnival to sell a few more.

Nothing unusual about the room not being assigned yet, and in my experience I wasn't able to change the bed to a king on the website until after the room was assigned. Give it some time and it will sort itself out.

Hi,

 

I also have a guarantee room and called carnival about it saying 2 twins. You cannot change it until the room is assigned (they said).
