Linda in KY Posted August 22, 2005 #1 Share Posted August 22, 2005 I just went in to fill out my fun pass. When filing in the information about the passport, one of the questions is 'city of issuance'. Does this mean the city where I applied or where the passport came from (US govt office in New orleans)? Also, where do I go in my reservations to see my cabin number and any cross referencing to others in my booking? I remember reading something about that on the boards but I can't find the info now. Thanks for any help. Linda
oldmedic Posted August 22, 2005 #2 Share Posted August 22, 2005 your passport will show place of issuance inside the front cover. e.g.. Houston, or National passport center, or so on.

Yeah, that's what I took at as. Mine came from the same passport office (probably because I also lived in KY when I applied!), and I just put New Orleans for "city of issuance". HeidiHo Posted August 22, 2005 #4 Share Posted August 22, 2005 your passport will show place of issuance inside the front cover. e.g.. Houston, or National passport center, or so on. We got ours wihin the last few months and none of them have the city of issuance. They just say U.S. Department of State. I happen to know that 3 of them came from Chicago and one came from Charleston only because I still have the envelopes with the return addresses on them.
