Christmas on the QM2

QM2 was nicely decorated for Christmas 2012, but none of the staff I spoke with had any idea what I was talking about when I complained that Santa's sleigh should be pulled by eight reindeer, not six.Xmas2012_zpsc82f164d.jpg

We did the Christmas cruise in Princess Grill last year. The decorations and festive atmosphere and events onboard were wonderful. With truly fine sailing weather, it was arguably our best cruise yet on Queen Mary 2.

Crikey, that pastry display was rather cheeky...not that I don't enjoy buns but just not that visual:eek: (And yes, I know it was take-off of the Coppertone ads from the '60's...a cute derivative from a classic).:)
