Onboard Tux Rental

Ok, dh is finally going to break down and rent the tux through Carnival. Usually he wears one of his dark suits. We've been down to one of the local tux shops to obtain his exact measurements, but when I went to the gifts area of our booking and tried to access the tux rental through Carnival's site, it says that the item is not available on line.

 

How do you reserve a tux through the cruise? Do you do this online or call your PVP?

These days you can buy one off ebay cheaper than a one time rental.

I would call Carnival direct for a tux rental.

Formal Wear Rentals cannot be ordered Online.

Professional tailor measurements are required.

Please call 1-800-522-7648 to place an order and keep your measurements handy.

Orders are accepted up to and no later than one week prior to sailing date.

Tuxedo prices vary according to port of embarkation. Vests are only available as an upgrade to a tuxedo rental.

Thanks for all the help. Part of his reasoning for the rental this year is freeing up the luggage space, so he probably won't be purchasing one. We'll call Carnival and get it booked through them.
