timmy1958 Posted January 3, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 3, 2015 (edited) I know I could call Carnival but I usually get a faster response here. Do they offer options on type of pillow you can get? I had a cervical fusion years ago and am very picky about the type of pillow I sleep on. Can't be too mushy or too hard. Or will I be better off packing my own from home? JLee1973 Posted January 3, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 3, 2015 My wife packs her own. If I were you I would take my own that way you know you are comfortable with it.
TanIslandGirl Posted January 6, 2015 #3 Share Posted January 6, 2015 Try to bring your own pillow, if that's not an option because of size/packing space, a travel neck support pillow might help. I have 3 herniated discs in my neck & that little pillow is a good "back up" for neck support when hotel or ships pillows aren't good for me. kelkel2 Posted January 6, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 6, 2015 I have never known them to offer different types of pillows. Having taken care of patients with cervical fusion operations, I would agree with the suggestion of a travel pillow if you can't find the space to pack a real pillow. At least that can possibly give you more support if you need it.
lukesmom1019 Posted January 7, 2015 #5 Share Posted January 7, 2015 Can you just carry a pillow on ( like literally in your arms)? Or does it have to be packed into a bag somehow?
near the beach Posted January 7, 2015 #6 Share Posted January 7, 2015 At one time Carnival had a pillow menu with many different type of pillows. For us we ask our cabin steward to bring us extra pillows and we are all set. We like the pillows. If you need a special pillow it would be best to bring your own. It will just be something else to pack. Have a fun cruise.
