Taxis from Bayport to Hobby?

Is it easy to get a cab from the Bayport Cruise Terminal upon disembarking? It seems that often the ships are late arriving so am considering not pre-reserving a ride.

There have been cabs lined up at the return both times I've cruised from Bayport (and from any other cruise terminal). There will also be people arriving via taxi.

We got off the Emerald at Bayport 2 weeks ago. There was a long line of available taxis. Our driver gave us a choice of 3 routes (time and distance) and fares. We chose the middle one and the fare was around $60 w/o tip.

Princess transfer costs $24 pp. For just 2 people it is a better deal than a taxi!
