Magic balcony room sizes

Are all the Magic balcony rooms and balconies including coves the same size? I don't see where the sizes are listed online. If not can anyone tell me the approximate differences? Thanks!!

Rooms same size -- 185 sq ft. Cove balconies are 45 sq ft, regular balcony is 35 sq ft.

Take a look at my Cove Balcony video tour...link in my signature below...it will give you a good idea of the size. :)
