I need ideas for a skirt.

Thanks again for all the great suggestions. :) The description did say royal blue, but the small picture I was seeing didn't look nearly that dark. :o I think I'll take your advice & wait for the top to arrive to go shopping for a skirt or pants. If it's too late to find white, I can always put the top away for the next cruise, or the next, or the one after that, etc. ;)

If it is a royal blue or a strong shade as some suggest a black skirt would be very good. However, if it is a pastel shade such as turquoise ort seagreen, cream would be much better. When you pair pastel colors with black it kind of "cheapens" the outfit (per Trinny and Susannah of What Not to Wear).

Hi Ladies,

My beaded top came Friday & I'm very pleased with it. It's definitely royal blue. The beads aren't a true white. I'm glad I waited to receive it, prior to getting a skirt. I have ordered a chiffon, winter white skirt to wear with it. I tried posting a pic., but it was obviously too big. :confused: Wish me luck on matching it right. I hope it will go good with the top. Now, for shoes. :p
