Dune Buggy Excursion in Cozumel

Just wondering if anyone has done the dune buggy & snorkel tour with NCL or with cozumelcruiseexcursions.net. I booked with cozumelcruiseexcursions.net because they have good reviews on tripadvisor, but after researching it a little more I'm not sure if it is a trustworthy company. I'm considering booking with NCL for the dune buggy tour and just losing my deposit for the other company to avoid the risk. Let me know if anyone has done either of these excursions and your thoughts on them!

I have booked with them and they have charged me a deposit. Now I have e-mailed them 3 times to ask what time and where to meet with no response.
Not looking good as our cruise is next week.

It's a bit cheaper and their customer service answered all our questions very professional...
