Anyone on 11/30/2014 FOS receive survey?

We have never received the promised (email) guest satisfaction survey from our 11/30/14 Freedom sailing. Just wondering if anyone else has. Thanks!

We received one on our last Navigator cruise, but when I clicked the link it started asking questions about our last trip on a Celebrity ship! :confused:

We did not receive a survey for our 30 November 14 cruise. However, at around the fourth day after the cruise I contacted Post Cruise Customer Service and requested a link to the on-line survey. I did receive the link and filed out the survey, but I am not sure if it was the correct form. The survey had four question that were very general and one area for comments. Poof, then it was done.

 

I was use to the multiple fill in the circle surveys that covered almost every aspects that one could rate on the ship.

No survey and still no certificate for 25% off on a future cruise.

I was traveling with a group--(all D +) on our yearly Thanksgiving Weekend cruise together. none of them has received the survey.

 

Late last week I got mail from my TA that she had just received my 25% off voucher, so if you booked thru an agent, it might go there instead of directly to you.
