ltjn Posted January 11, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 11, 2015 We did not receive a survey for our 30 November 14 cruise. However, at around the fourth day after the cruise I contacted Post Cruise Customer Service and requested a link to the on-line survey. I did receive the link and filed out the survey, but I am not sure if it was the correct form. The survey had four question that were very general and one area for comments. Poof, then it was done. RlrCstr Posted January 12, 2015 #7 Share Posted January 12, 2015 I was traveling with a group--(all D +) on our yearly Thanksgiving Weekend cruise together. none of them has received the survey. Late last week I got mail from my TA that she had just received my 25% off voucher, so if you booked thru an agent, it might go there instead of directly to you.
