Gold Rock Beach, Freeport

Hello! I am a first time cruiser and will be sailing with my partner on the Carnival Fantasy during a five day Bahama cruise. The ship leaves March 1, 2015 from Charleston, SC. On March 3rd, we will be docking in Freeport. I am interested in seeing Gold Rock Beach in Lucayan National Park. I've found a reputable tour company that received amazing reviews on Trip Advisor, but they only hold the tour if they have at least four bookings; unfortunately we are only a party of two!

Will it be low or half tide the day you're there? Gold Rock Beach is at its prettiest then. Is the tour taking you somewhere for lunch? You need to try some Bahamian fare!
