Carnival Airport Transfer Problem

When attempting to book Carnival airport transfer I get an error message "The guest is not available for the time slot selected" and I am not able to complete the order. I have double checked my arrival flight information that is entered with my booking and everything is accurate. My flight arrives at 9:30AM the day of the cruise. Is it possible the transfer service is sold out? The cruise 3 weeks away.

 

I have sent Carnival an email, waiting for a response.

your best bet is to call. You might not get a reply to an email for awhile.
