Mullins is about 6-7 miles North of the dock.

 

An US$8-10 taxi ride (for up to 4 in the cab; soon to be higher) each way.

 

Yes, there is wonderful public transportation and I encourage you to use it.

 

Walk out to Spring Garden Highway (#1) and take the bus or shuttle north toward Speightstown. Bus=US$.75 / shuttle=US$1.00 each, each way.

 

My buddies at the Gate House (as you exit the dock complex) will tell you where to go.
