Handicap Accessibility on the Liberty

We are going on the Carnival Liberty on October 12th out of Rome Italy. I am currently handicapped, and have difficulty walking without the aide of a wheelchair or electric scooter. Could anybody that's been on the European cruise on the Liberty please let me know if the bus tours from Carnival are handicap friendly? I am currently using a wheelchair and electric scooter and plan on using them on this cruise. Will I have trouble getting on or off buses or tenders? Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
