We stayed in 10206 and our friends stayed in 9201 or 3, both decks are very quiet. Added benefit is you are close to the lido without the lido noise, and of course you have the window looking out over the bow of the ship. Can get a little bumpy if the sea get rough but I've never found it to be uncomfortable.

 

Don't be cheap and go with 9204, that's an inside. Once you've been in a 4J you'll never go inside again.

Thanks for the replies. Sorry I put wrong cabin down it is 9402 & 9404 we are in.

 

That makes more sense. I think being under the buffet would be fine. It would be better than being under the pool area where they are shifting loungers around at 5:00am. The tables and such don't move around much if at all in the buffet area. There should be minimal noise from this.
