It's just another old hotel, nothing special and not that nice. If you want to stay in Sunny Isles Beach I'd try these, they're much nicer...

Keep in mind if you stay in Sunny Isles Beach you would need to rent a car, that would be far less expensive than taxis as it's not at all close to the ports or airports.
