DIY - Wedding

My Fiance and I will be on a cruise to Barbados in May 2015. We plan on getting married while we are there. I have researched what is needed to get married. I would love to afford a wedding planner but unfortunately with airfare and cruise fare, we cannot. I will be trying to get this organized by myself. It would be nice if I had some great budget suggestions and email contacts in making my planning less stressful. I am hoping to get the following within my budget of $500

License Fee & Stamp - $112

Magistrate (or if there is a more affordable Non-Religious option) - $175

Transportation ?

Flowers (simple bouquet/boutonnière) ?

Pictures (some)?

Those are the important things. If I could fit in a tiny cake/champagne that would be WONDERFUL, but I no its not a reality,

I would just like a simple memorable wedding ceremony with a beautiful memory of Barbados!

Any assistance/contacts would be greatly appreciate!:D
