Chef's Table question

We were on the Splendor in December and thoroughly enjoyed the Chef's Table. We will be on the Conquest in May and would like to do the Chef's Table again. However, I was reading a review on the Conquest by a person that had sailed in January. The menu was identical to the menu we had on the Splendor. Do these not change from ship to ship? If the menu is the same, I don't know that I want to spend that kind of money to do it again.

The menu is the same fleet wide and they only change it every few years. We have done the same menu before and enjoyed it both times.

Found it! That would be the menu we had in December. Don't misunderstand me, the food is SPECTACULAR! I would suggest if you have the extra $$ to spend the Chef's Table is soooo worth it!
