QM2 Cabin 6103 Confusion

Looking at the 2006 deck layout it appears as though the QM2 inside cabin 6103 is marked with a circle, which would mean it has a double couch. Looking at the rest of the ship only the highest suites have that. Does the circle mean something else or does this cabin really have a couch? If so, why is that the only other cabin besides the suites to have one. I was just looking at the diagram and thought it would be quite a discussion point to figure this out.

The black dot indicates that the third and fourth berth is a double sofa bed. This means that the cabin can accomodate four people; two in the main big bed and two in the double sofa bed.
