Does anyone know whether or not the dock worker's strike this weekend, Feb. 13-16, as reported in the news, is affecting the Cruise ports? The reports say all California ports will be effectively closed through the weekend. I have a friend coming home on Sunday and another planning to sail out on the same day.

I haven't heard if the ILWU called a strike, but the ports are not operating on the weekends and holidays to avoid paying the premium rates. They cite lack of productivity and the work slowdowns as the reason they took this action.
