what carnival suggests is:

Pre-Cruise Reservation Procedures

· Prior to the cruise, guests can send an email to Group Event Planning at: eventplanning@carnival.com.

· Requests must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the sail date.

· The subject line should read ‘Chef’s Table Request’ and the email should include the following information:

§ Names

§ Number of guests attending

§ Ship and Saildate

§ Booking Number and Cabin Number

· Group Event Planning will email the request to the specific ship Maitre d’.

· The Maitre d’ will respond directly to the guest if they are able to accommodate the request.

i've also read that people use this form:

https://secure.carnival.com/Activities/Controls/SteakhouseRequest

which ends up emailing the ship maitre d... just note in there somewhere you want the chef's table - like for number of guests put '2 **for chef's table**"

you could also try emailing them directly slmaitred@carnival.com

Does anyone know where the Chef's Table is held on the Splendor?

There is a private dining room near the entrance to the Black Pearl dining room. We started off in the lobby, had apps and champagne at a table in the galley, then had a tour and went to the private room. Worth every penny!!

We made our reservations @ CCL website under Steakhouse. Just put in the date and ship you are sailing. And write in Chef's table. Got confirmation within 48 hours

Did the same thing. Also got our confirmation within 2 days.

Does anyone know what night the chefs table is generally held on? We are on an eight day cruise.

They didn't tell us until the night before the dinner. It was on night 4 of our 7 day. If there is a big demand, they generally open up another night. On our cruise, only 10 people signed up for the table. Worth every penny. Great experience.
