The Splendor does indeed have the Chef's Table as I have a confirmed reservation for my cruise in March.

Yup! I did it in November and it was great. We were the last week of the old menu, so there is a new menu now. Totally worth the money. :D

How do you pre-book? Don't see it where everything else is listed.

what carnival suggests is:

 

Pre-Cruise Reservation Procedures

· Prior to the cruise, guests can send an email to Group Event Planning at: eventplanning@carnival.com.

· Requests must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the sail date.

· The subject line should read ‘Chef’s Table Request’ and the email should include the following information:

§ Names

§ Number of guests attending

§ Ship and Saildate

§ Booking Number and Cabin Number

· Group Event Planning will email the request to the specific ship Maitre d’.

· The Maitre d’ will respond directly to the guest if they are able to accommodate the request.

We made our reservations @ CCL website under Steakhouse. Just put in the date and ship you are sailing. And write in Chef's table. Got confirmation within 48 hours

There is a private dining room near the entrance to the Black Pearl dining room. We started off in the lobby, had apps and champagne at a table in the galley, then had a tour and went to the private room. Worth every penny!!

We did the Chef's Table on our 4/5 cruise and it was $75.00 per person plus tip. We loved it. I m hoping to post my review this weekend.

They didn't tell us until the night before the dinner. It was on night 4 of our 7 day. If there is a big demand, they generally open up another night. On our cruise, only 10 people signed up for the table. Worth every penny. Great experience.
