Epic boarding

Where on the epic do you physically embark and what is the most efficient path to get to where you book show reservations? (Customer service?)

There are two entry points, one in the middle of casino and another close to the Epic Theatre. You will need to go down one deck and towards the middle of the ship to reach Guest Services. Don't know if the Entertainment Kiosk ("box office") is open during embarkation.

You can also use your TV once you get to your stateroom, as well as the monitors throughout the ship where you scan your key card.
