What night is the Chef's table on the Dream

I just received my conformation for the Chef's table on the Dream for our 7 day cruise, but in the conformation it did not say what night it is. Could someone enlighten me please.

They will notify you on the ship. It depends on how many people sign up before sailing. If they need more people to complete the group, they will keep it open for booking on the ship. If they get more interest than the allotted spaces, they will open it up for another night.

Thank you for your quick response, this is what I thought would happen. We have reservations for the Steakhouse so I may have to change that around.

When we were on the Dream last year we asked about CT while eating at the Steak House and they gave us two different nights we could do CT. No matter, your will love both the CT and Steak House the food and service was outstanding. I would do the CT again any time.
