stevedeccaman Posted February 23, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 23, 2015 In my last thread re change of plan have booked a land based holiday online thru First Choice (Thomson , Tui) booking confirmed by email etc.then the next mail said u can confirm API and extras also online. Well here we go :confused: Could log in to first choice but not API error, error :eek:so thought no panic and they do it at the airport anyway(not going till july) :) So as now goin not to give up, decided to e-mail (which is as below) the response ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Here at Thomson we aim to respond to you as quickly as possible. To give you an idea of timescales, our current response time is 8 days. Please be assured we are in receipt of your details and our Pre Travel Communications Team will be in touch with you shortly-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------.
