Gem 2 bedroom family suite

Hello all,

 

Just booked a category SC on Gem and am wondering if anyone can help with a bathroom question.

 

My mom has trouble navigating steps but can handle with assistance if necessary - is there a huge step up into bathrooms in this suite?

 

Just got off Quantum and she had a rough time with it. Asked about an accessible cabin but they don't exist in this category on the Gem.
