New Travelers on Zuiderdam

My boyfriend and I booked the Nov 12 cruise to the Eastern Caribbean. I am hoping to find advice on here about port excursions. Also, if anyone is going on this cruise, please email. My boyfriend and I are extremely social and really looking forward to meeting people on the cruise.

 

I have been reading about people renting the cabanas at Half Moon Cay. Is this worth the cost? Is it hard to find people to share the cabana with? Is the butler upgrade worth it? I can tell you - I tend to travel very heavily....so I wonder if my boyfriend would appreciate the assistance to the beach!

 

Looking forward to engaging in conversation on this board and hopefully meeting some people pre-cruise! :-)
