Training for C&A reps desperately needed

Just off the phone with C&A confirming our dining request for our cruise next week so I decided to ask "When will we be able to make reservations for Christmas 2016 in the Caribbean as a lot of itineraries had just been released out until October".

 

The response I received was "Sometime in the next 3 to 4 MONTHS":eek::eek:

 

I certainly hope not.

 

 

As this could be one of their biggest booking times of the year with people waiting for itineraries to open you would have thought that they would be able to tell you that it would be very soon as in weeks not months.
