Maybe this thread will look at the bust a bit more seriously, just as a contrast to the other one which was hilarious to read. Loved it.

 

My guess is that CBP had some help pinning those thugs. Scenario: someone snitched to NCL, who alerted the authorities so that surveillance could be ready to tail them as soon as they disembarked. It all sounded quite elaborate, too elaborate to have just happened from seeing them walk off the ship.
