comfortcove Posted September 5, 2005 #1 Share Posted September 5, 2005 We sail on the Jewel in less than 4 weeks and this will be our first RCI Cruise. If we do the online check in and set up our sea pass account, all that we need to do at the terminal is present ID and board? We have a JS, so what does priority embarkation mean? Do we get our luggage sooner? Thanks, we are newbies to this line. I don't think we will be in any big rush, as our flight gets into Logan around 9AM the day we sail, but I like to know what to expect,
barbyma Posted September 5, 2005 #2 Share Posted September 5, 2005 If you do the SetSail, you still have to check in, but it doesn't take nearly as long. They have separate lines for SetSail pass, but they weren't shorter when we went. Bottom line: you still have to do all the same things, but it's quicker and easier for the RCI staff. arrow3 Posted September 5, 2005 #3 Share Posted September 5, 2005 All you do is present your credit card (if you are using that for the SeaPass account) and your IDs. It's just that you don't have to hand in the forms at checkin since they have already been completed online beforehand. I wouldn't be surprised if this was mandatory eventually since paper forms are obselete.
