samben01 Posted March 16, 2015 #1 Share Posted March 16, 2015 I've been trying to find an email address for 'Nouveau Steakhouse' reservations. I can't find it on the Carnival website, spent 10 minutes on hold trying to ring them and find out (gave up after 10 minutes!) and have sent 'Carnival' an email requesting it but they haven't replied. I booked the restaurant a couple of months ago through the Carnival website but never received a confirmation email. I'm just trying to confirm my booking. Any help is greatly appreciated! My confirmation email came from SPSUPPER@carnival.com EDIT: in the email it says to notify them of change of plans at nouveaurestaurant@carnival.com It came within 2 days.
