Splendor spa and spa passes

Sailing on Splendor june 1; I keep hearing Splendor has an extended spa, and available spa passes, what are those, how much do they cost and what do they give you?

the spa cabins you get to use the saunas,and the thellasio pool, you get special shamppos and stuff in the room. here is a link with the info

What can you use in the Splendor spa for free? I have a balcony room and i know we can use the showers if need be but is there anything else?

Does the Splendor have different shower and change rooms from the fitness center like they do on the Dream Class ships? If that is the case, you wouldn't be able to use the shower facilities in the spa for free. They would require spa access. Though the shower facilities open to everyone that also has access to the fitness center would be available.
