6th cruise today got upgrade call!!

We are cruising in April on Carnival Dream. We had an interior cabin booked. Today Carnival called and offered us an 8G deluxe balcony cabin on Panororama deck for $350 extra. Sounded like an okay deal since there are 4 of us it is 50$ per day up sell/ upgrade. Hope this is worth the additional cost! Anybody with thoughts on the location or balcony? This is our first balcony room and first time we upgraded.
