Carnival Triumph Employee

I just got back from a cruise aboard the Carnival Triumph and would REALLY like to get in touch with one of the employees to thank him for being so great with my group. I only know his first name, home country, position on the ship and month that his contract ends. Will anyone be on this ship before July or know anyone who will be? Can anyone help me out by finding him and giving him my email address??? I would be eternally grateful!!

Yeah reach out to John Heald and customer service, maybe even contacting Carnival via their website. Go to contact us. So many great staff members on Carnival. They are amazing.

Just be aware that Carnival will not provide personal contact information for any of the crew. You can certainly let corporate know who it was and they will surely make him aware of your accolades.

I absolutely don't expect them to give me any of his contact info but I wanted him to have mine to use if he wants to. We talked about some future plans that he had about working in America and I have been regretting not exchanging contact information since I got off of the ship.
