Shipboard Credit - Can you Buy???

On my May 2005 cruise, i was to leave on a monday, and the wednesday "before" I bought online FunShip Dollars on thier website and it just went on my sign and sail card. If you want to purchase them that late, you must do it at least 5 or 6 days before the sail date. I suppose if you purchase them early enough, they will mail you the fun ship dollars i dunno... But when you buy them thru the Carnival website, they do ask and you fill in your booking number, ship name, date of sail etc... I just bought some for my nov cruise, its just for convienance to do that, so you don't have to worry about money then, cause you pre pay! Same like you prepay for hotels, airfare, car rentals, no biggee..:cool:
