Cape Liberty - What time for car service pick-up?

We are on the 9-day leaving out of Cape Liberty on Nov. 4. We shall have a car service drop us off, and need to give them a time to pick us up when we return on Nov. 13. What time should we tell them? I want them to be there when we get out of the terminal, but I'm sure they don't want to be hanging around for hours waiting for us either. Any advice?

It's difficult to say because it all depends on where you are ranked in the disembarkation process. I was just on VOS this past week - they started calling colors at 9:30AM or so. I was in the 4th group to get off the ship and was in the parking lot by 10:45AM.

This is a tough one--depends on when the ship gets in, whether there any delays in clearing the ship and what color you have. Last year I had a big problem--disembarkation very delayed and my car service guy was ready to kill me--understandably! Can you arrange for the pick up but call them when the star calling colors and can estimate your exit time? How far do they have to come?

we had a car service pick us up in august, as we are from england our cell phone did not work so we just arranged 11.00am it was a good job as there was a big delay. if you have a cell phone you can call them to arrange the time on the morning of arrival.
