Semi Formal Nights

I know there are 2 formal nights on our 7 night Golden but does Princess have any semi formal nights?

If not, does that mean *anything* goes on non formal nights. What typical happens? Shorts and Flip flops or Long Trousers and Shirts and collars.

Trying to decide what to take. We love to dress up all the time !!

Unfortunately, there is no semi-formal night on Princess any longer. Some people on my recent Sun Princess trip wore semi-formal dress on the formal nights.

For Smart Casual, it has been posted at the dining room that shorts are not allowed for the evening meals. Typically you'll find dockers and polo shirts, but I don't really consider that "smart" casual.

My husband usually wears dress pants with a short sleeved dress shirt. Occasionally, he will wear dark dockers and a collared knit shirt. An Hawaiian print shirt with slacks is a good choice. I usually wear a dress or summer pants suit on smart casual nights.
