Dollar Shuttle to Dock?

We did this before but I can't remember which car rental we used. We will be dropping off a car rental for Dollar before we get on the Star Princess on October 9th. Does Dollar have shuttle service to the ship?

 

Another thing I can't remember (guess I need to start keeping journals) is when our final documents came. The final documents comes with luggage tags correct?
