Stateroom TVs on Inspiration

Recommended Posts

I've cruised well over a dozen times, and twice before on the Inspiration, but this will be my first family cruise with my three kids ages 5, 3 and 6 months. DH and I anticipate spending much more time in our cabins (2 outside connecting) than in the past due to our munchkins' naps and earlier bedtimes and general decompression time so, for the first time ever, I'm wondering about the TV in our stateroom. If we bring a DVD player from home can we hook it up to the TV? According to the website FAQs the answer is no [unless you're in a suite which we are not], but I'm getting conflicting info from various cruiser reviews. Anyone cruise recently on the Inspiration who can vouch for the stateroom TV's capabilities? Thanks!
