DoorCounty Posted May 8, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 8, 2015 I use a "white noise" machine to drown out noise at nite. Any outlets close to bedside? We've always taken batteries, but they tend to die every 4-5 days. Would a long extension cord be helpful?
take us away Posted May 9, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 9, 2015 (edited) Cannot remember an outlet near the bed. The desk area has an outlet but is usually across the room so if you need your machine next to you, you will need a long extension cord. Hopefully you sleep on the side of the bed that will not be a hassle with tripping over the cord in the middle of the night. We have migrated to rechargeable batteries for most of our stuff (one of our cameras, water pik machine, computer mouse, etc.) so that may be a consideration for you also. Padraic Posted May 9, 2015 #3 Share Posted May 9, 2015 I just got off the Prinsendam and was in a Category C cabin. There is no outlet near the bed. The only outlets are on the desk on the other side of the room. Any extension cord would have to be really long and guaranteed to trip you up. Sorry.
