We booked a tour through Glory Tours and went to Harrison's Cave and rode the tram and then went to the Wildlife Reserve. Our kids were 4 and 2 (almost 3) and loved it. They took us back to port and then the rest of the group went to the beach to swim with turtles or something along those lines.

We booked an catamaran excursion on Elegance to snorkel/swim with the turtles and had a 5 year old as the youngest. The staff was 100% professional, pulling him around in his life vest. We even swam into a beach and they took him along.

I can't say what a two-year old might like, but a boat ride could be cool. I am sure they could answer your questions and there might not be a charge.
