In Port Noon-8pm, what to do?

As the title says, we'll be in port from noon to 8pm. We are a family with two kids ages 7-11. Anybody have any recommendations for us? I'm most interested in El Yunque but I'm not sure if that will work with the later evening hours. It doesn't appear that the ship has an excursion to El Yunque.

You could go to El Yunque for the afternoon and then go back and walk around OSJ in the evening. The forts will be closed at 6 but there are lots of restaurants and other things to see. You can walk down the Paseo through the San Juan gate, feed the pigeons at Parque de las Palomas.

If you need a tour guide to El Yunque, contact Ellis. We have used him twice and have booked him for next year when we go back.

Does he provide transportation as well? Possible costs and tours he offers?

Thanks!

Yes, he will pick you up at the ship and take you back to OSJ if you want to explore, or you could go to El Yunque and then go to Luqillo to the beach and to the kioskos for food and he can take you back to the ship. He personalizes his tour to what you want. I don't have pricing information and it depends on what you want to do. Shoot him an email, he is quick to answer. His email is fleisherellis@aol.com or you can find him on craigslist
