Table for two requests?

Is there an email address to contact celebrity dining to ask for a table for two? We made the request when we booked with our TA but a plan B would be nice. I know the one for RCI. Do they handle both since they own both brands? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Call Captains Club to verify request for a deuce. We never had a problem and enjoy our dining together tremendously. Last time we cruised we were on Equinox and had a deuce right next to the Captain's table. Lovely!
