WinterGarden Suite

We are considering booking a wintergreen suite on a future Odyssey cruise. Has anyone sailed in one and if so, anything you can recommend about it? Thanks.

We have sailed in the Wintergarden on both the Quest and the Odyssey. It is beautiful! If you look at the Seabourn website you can see the suite layout. We like having the extra bathroom and the pantry w/ wet bar. The main bathroom is spectacular with a huge jacuzzi tub and a large circular shower. We use the veranda a lot and the WG has a nice big one. If you are interested in having any parties in your suite, there is more than enough room to entertain. Some people here on this board have talked about hearing noise from the pool deck above. In 36 days spent in the suite we never really heard anything from that area. It is also just steps away from Seabourn Square which is very convenient. If you decide to book it, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

We traveled in WG 743 on the Quest last year. Absolutely fabulous! As Sunviking mentioned the location is great (close to almost everything). The tubs are divine and great for relaxation. You simply cannot beat a bubble bath in the solarium with a glass of bubbly while watching the world pass by. We were on the Norwegian Fjords cruise and it was especially amazing scenery.

 

I will say we did hear some early morning noise from the pool deck on a few occasions. Sounded like staff moving the lounges about, but it honestly wasn't horrible and certainly doesn't eclipse all of the great features of the WG.
