I think that the answer to your question is no, but I have had hems and seams altered and repaired by the housekeeping staff before but that obviously depends on their skill levels and willingness to help.

I suppose it depends on what has to be done and recommend to ask the purser's desk and/or the cabin steward for help. To be on the safe side it may be better to deal with it before your cruise.

We have had the streamstress alter clothing. She had a pricelist but because what we needed doing wasn't listed, she just asked for what WE thought we should pay! Not wanting to be unfair, we probably paid way over the odds, but as she did a fantastic job, we thought it worth it.
