changing plans on ncl's "explore and plan"

Is it possible to cancel/change reservations online? Or do I have to call?

 

I am in the process of booking our shore excursions, and we would like to do a Sunset Kayak our first evening in Bermuda. That is the night we have a show booked, so obviously I need to change it. Will I have to call NCL?

 

This is my first NCL cruise with this online system, TIA for the help!

I had to call to change dining reservations. I think the same might be for shore excursions. It was a 10 minute call though, so it wasn't horrible. They didn't keep me waiting for a rep for long.
