Orlando the night before our cruise?

This isn't a hotel question, but rather a question of what we can do in Orlando, the night before a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Any suggestions for a good way to spend the late afternoon and evening?

It'll be my wife and I with our 15-year-old son, and we'll have a rental car.

Is there any Disney entertainment that doesn't require a massively expensive admission price? We certainly wouldn't have time for the Park itself.

Don't stay in Orlando. Drive down to Port Canaveral and stay at the Radisson. They have a great pool area and some nice tennis courts. There's a fun sushi/Thai restaurant directly across the street. You can have a relaxing pre-cruise evening and a liesurely breakfast. They have shuttle service to the cruise ship pier and you're only minutes away.

Otherwise, I think City Island might be a good evening choice with your teen if you stay in Orlando.
