Drink package question

I'm sure this has been asked in the past. From what I read, it sounds like you can pay the difference in drinks that don't fall under the beverage package, is that correct?

 

Also, will the World Class Bar fall under that same thing, where you can pay the difference?

You can only pay the difference if you have the premium package ($10 per day plus gratuity to upgrade). If you have the classic you pay the whole amount.

In order to pay the difference in the price of a particular drink that goes beyond the premium limit for a certain cocktail, you must already have a Premium Package.
