Just back from the Golden

I am looking forward to tomorrow (Thursday) when the Golden pulls in to Boston again. Will go to window and drool just knowing we will be sailing on her in March, 2006 :)

Makeup face, the weather was warmer than we thought it would be. In Canada the mornings started out in the 50's but went up to 70. It was in the 80's in Newport. So when everyone suggests layers and taking a little of everything they're right!

Another Frankie story--being Trivia buffs we wanted to play the question of the day from the morning show that Frankie does along with Rich the cruise director. We couldn't find any paper or pencils in the library to enter the contest. We had seen Frankie a couple of floors up directing people for immigration (we were in Bar Harbor.) When we explained to Frankie there wasn't any paper in the library, he not only went and checked but insisted on giving us a bottle of champagne. We saw him other times too--always being friendly and helpful.

But really I think what I plan to pack will be okay no matter what the weather. I am just look forward to a vacation!! Having some fun and a little rest....I can't wait! I fly to New York two week from today :D :D :D
