Question for recent military cruisers...

Family and I are leaving in just over three weeks for the Bahamas. I've secured everything a family of five could take on their first cruise EXCEPT my DH's birth cert. I thought I remembered my PVP saying he could use his Military Id as his primary document...Is this true, or do I still need to order another cert birth cert copy??? Thanks a bunch.......Vicki

Per Carnival's website, only 3 documents are accepted, PASSPORT, Original birth certificate or state certified copy, or Naturalization Certificate/Certificate of Citizenship.

A military ID does not qualify as a citizenship document as you do not have to be a US citizen to be in the US military.
